Reasons to take Omega-3’s Nov 14, 2008
Ok, short and simple. Research now shows that in addition to all the other fabulous benefits of omega-3’s, it also makes you happy! These little wonderkins have been shown to effect areas of the brain that control your mood and behavior. People with higher blood levels of omega-3’s have a sunnier disposition and outlook. They are less likely to experience bouts of depression, while those with lower levels of omega-3’s tend to be less agreeable and more impulsive. Continued research is needed, but with all the benefits we already know about, including the reduced risk for heart disease, supplementing with Omega-3’s is a smart way to get your smile on!

Great info, lord knows there are some people out there who need a boost of happiness in their lives! I love fish, so I get some omega’s but need a good supplement to take to get the right amount that I need. So I looked into Carlson’s products. Always heard good things about them, and now I know why. I bought the Super Omega 3’s from them and love them!
