Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni Feb 2, 2010
Ingredients:
8 ozs rigatoni pasta
2 ozs turkey pepperoni slices
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 tbsp basil
2 tsp garlic, minced
26 ozs low-fat spaghetti sauce
8 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Layer half ingredients in 13′”x 9″ pan. Repeat layers. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
